Sti4change comprises a multidisciplinary mixed team bound by the common belief that the health status of both urbanites and rural people in India has deteriorated greatly due to lack of adequate sanitation and waste management and action must be taken to solve this crisis.
Sti4changes undertakes research projects as well as audits to increase social welfare via improved sanitation coverage and waste management.
Sti4change can curate appropriate strategies and actions in the area of waste management/sanitation/hygiene relating to small/medium enterprises (SMEs), educational institutions, local municipal bodies, gram panchayats etc. This will cover the entire gamut of corporate social responsibility (CSR) / or base of income pyramid (BoP) projects promoting environmental security and/or local economic development in India through design, stewardship and accompaniment of sanitation and waste management projects.
Sti4change works with interested organizations, including education institutions to design workshops that bring together different groups within or outside of the organization. Our workshops aim to promote understanding of problems and solutions by clarifying the concerns of all stakeholders and the complexity of the context in general, with a view to attaining specific goals. These goals may comprise consensus building, arriving at an understanding, strategy formulation etc.
